Anyone living in or planning to move to Cyprus can use CEP — including expats, families, freelancers, retirees, business owners, and remote workers.

Using the Platform
4. How do I request help?
Once you join, you can access a secure form to submit your request. We then match you with the most suitable expert from our vetted network.
5. How are professionals selected?
We handpick professionals based on trustworthiness, responsiveness, and whether they genuinely care about their clients.
6. Can I speak directly with the expert?
Yes. After your request is matched, the expert will contact you via email or your member dashboard.
7. Is my request private?
Absolutely. We only share your details with the matched professional(s). Your personal data is never sold or shared elsewhere.
Payments, Pricing & Contracts
8. Do I pay CEP or the professional?
You pay the professional directly, typically via bank transfer or your agreed method. CEP doesn’t take payments from users.
9. Are there any extra fees?
No. Your membership gives you access to our network — that’s it. There are no hidden fees or charges on your request.
10. Will I need to sign a contract?
Only if required for the service (e.g. legal, tax, or business setup). Any contracts are handled directly between you and the expert.
11. Do professionals charge for consultation?
Some may charge for a detailed consultation, especially if the request requires it — but many offer initial advice for free. We clarify this before matching you.

12. How can I trust the professionals listed?
Every partner goes through a thorough review process before being approved. We favour firms that are licensed, Cyprus-based, and customer-first.
13. Can I see reviews or ratings?
Yes, but here’s how it works:
At launch, many professionals have imported feedback from other platforms or clients.
As CEP grows, you’ll see real reviews from other users who submitted requests through the platform.
14. What if I’m not happy with the service?
Let us know. While we don’t interfere in contracts, we monitor every expert’s performance. Feedback directly impacts who stays on the platform.

15. Is the platform available in multiple languages?
Professionals support various languages. You can indicate your preferred language when submitting a request.
16. Is there a phone number I can call?
No. We don’t offer phone or WhatsApp support — this helps us keep everything organized and transparent. Contact us via email at support@cepcyprus.com.
17. What if I need help with a different category?
We’re always expanding. If your request doesn’t fit a category, select “Other” and describe what you need — we’ll try to match you anyway.
18. How long does it take to get a match?
Typically 24–48 hours. You’ll be contacted by email or inside your member dashboard.

19. Do I need an account to use CEP?
Yes. To submit a request or view matched professionals, you’ll need a CEP account. It’s free to create and gives you access to your dashboard.
20. How do I create an account?
Just click the “Join” or “Get Started” button on the website. You’ll be asked for your name, email, and to choose a password. Once confirmed, you can access your dashboard.
21. What’s inside the member dashboard?
Your CEP Dashboard is powered by CRM, providing a simple and secure client portal. Once you log in, you’ll have access to:
- Your submitted requests and current status
- Progress tracking (via internal project boards or timelines)
- Shared documents and proposals from matched professionals
- Messages or updates within your project space
- Optional booking links or timeline reminders for appointments
22. Is membership free?
You can browse the site for free. However, submitting requests or accessing professional help requires a paid membership. Pricing is shown clearly on our Membership page.
23. Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
