Purpose of the Platform
CEP is a membership-based directory designed to help expats, investors, and remote workers in Cyprus connect with vetted, independent professionals across key industries (legal, tax, real estate, financial, and others). While we thoroughly assess and vet each professional listed, all services are offered independently by the providers themselves.
Membership & Access
- CEP offers paid membership access through our secure payment provider, Stripe.
- Once subscribed, users receive access to full expert profiles, contact options, and consultation links.
- We do not offer free dashboard access.
- Membership fees are billed upfront and are non-transferable.
Use of the Platform
As a member, you agree to:
- Use the platform for lawful, personal purposes only.
- Not share or resell access to our content or expert listings.
- Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Professional Listings & Limitations
CEP presents independent professionals who have undergone a careful vetting process based on experience, reputation, client feedback, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. We prioritise experts who are known for going the extra mile for their clients.
While we strive to feature only trusted and reputable professionals, CEP does not guarantee the outcome, quality, or legality of any services provided. All professional services are delivered under the provider’s own terms and agreements.
If you experience an issue with a listed professional, you are encouraged to contact us directly. While we are not a party to the service agreement, we’re happy to help mediate where appropriate or connect you with an alternative expert if needed.
Commissions & Fees (Disclosure)
CEP charges users a fixed monthly membership fee of €9.99, which grants access to our full directory of vetted professionals. We do not charge users any additional fees for using or booking professionals listed on the platform.
In some cases, CEP may receive a commission from the professional when a successful service agreement or contract is formed. This helps support the platform and maintain a high-quality, curated network — without increasing your cost.
We do not process or manage payments made between users and professionals directly. However, we may request basic feedback or confirmation from users regarding their experience or the type of service requested. This helps us track quality and ensure fairness in our partner programme.
Rest assured: commissions never influence the impartiality or visibility of any professional listed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds for membership payments are subject to our Refund Policy. We do not handle service refunds for professional consultations or contracts — these must be managed directly with the service provider.
Privacy
CEP, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of the platform or services obtained via third-party professionals. All engagements are between the user and the expert.
Governing Law
These terms are governed under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
